The Assessment Inventory of Project Management (TM) presents a comprehensive view of effective project management by international experts in the field of management.

The ideas underlying the questions included in the inventory have been drawn from interviews with experienced project managers, management literature, and from the combined personal experiences of Global Business Management Consultants’ (GBMC's) consultants and trainers. In essence this is a model of effective project management as viewed by the real experts, those who have successfully managed.

The report is presented in two formats. The first format is a compilation of individual scores as reported by Managers of Project Managers, Project Managers and Team Members who are participating in the current assessment. The second format is an aggregation of scores from your company, industry and country.

These scores are taken from numerous project management training and development courses run by GBMC in over 50 different countries during the the past 10+ years.
